Workwear Outfitters

David Green is the General Counsel of Workwear Outfitters, LLC, responsible for leading the company’s global legal and compliance affairs. Before joining Workwear Outfitters, he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Firestone Building Products Company, LLC. He previously served as Senior Counsel for Bridgestone Americas, Inc.’s North American Business Units and as Corporate Counsel for HealthTrust Purchasing Group, L.P., an affiliate of HCA Healthcare, Inc. David started his legal career as a corporate associate at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP. For several years, he has advised companies on commercial transactions, governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, litigation management and implementing strategies that meet business objectives and ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.

David’s community involvement includes serving as a Board Member of the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America, a Board Member of the Tennessee State University Foundation, a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, and a Board Member of the Lockeland Design Center PTO. David is also a Fellow of the Napier-Looby Bar Foundation and he is a former President of the Napier-Looby Bar Association.

David graduated from Tennessee State University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from New York University School of Law in 2007. David resides in Nashville with his wife, Erika, and three children, DJ, Elle, and Victor.
