Carla Rosenthal is a successful entrepreneur and dedicated community member in Nashville, TN. As the Vice President of Westlake Restaurant Management, and co-owner of The Melting Pot and Rodizio Grill restaurants, Carla has made a name for herself in the local business scene. With over 30 years of experience in the city, she is deeply rooted in the community, alongside her husband and business partner Mark.

Carla is an avid tennis player and community volunteer, but has found her passion in the world of high school policy debate. Inspired by her son Ben’s success in the world of high school debate, Carla now serves as a dedicated Board Member for the Nashville Urban Debate League. 

In her board role, Carla chairs our fundraising, judges local tournaments, and works tirelessly to encourage more high school students to explore the exciting world of policy debate. Through her leadership and commitment, she hopes to empower urban students to pursue their dreams and achieve success in the competitive arena of debate.
